		<description><![CDATA[In the UK regulations vary and are set by the licensing authorities in the area. You do get many different types, but if you live in London you might still get an overriding impression of the famous Manganese Bronze (black cab) shape as being the one. 
 
Anecdotally , I do remember a meeting with a city licensing authority in around 2005/2006 where the subject of suitable vehicles arose during other discussion. The common black cab was in use and the Mercedes Vito type of MPV model had just been rejected as fit for purpose due to turning circle considerations. It may have been accepted since. 
 
Mobility concerns also drive model adoption. There might be the concern that if such requirements for wheelchair compatibility and so forth are not driven centrally by regulation then these customers will be ignored. I do not agree. ]]></description>
